veg-flower-veg can i pick buds?

I started veggin' indoors and switched to 12/12 after a month. They went into flower for 2 weeks, but i messed up and they went back to 24/0 on accident. I put them outside for the last month, and they are back in veg.
There are some buds (from the 2 weeks of flower) that are looking ready to be picked. Can I pick them or will it harm the plant?
they will probably just fall off anyways, right?

you can pick them however they will not have nearly as much thc as a properly haevested plant

shouldnt harm them at all. just wont be as potent as if you had flowered completely. but the next batch if you do it right will be good!
