You are right on. It might be kind of touchy with a dehumidifier. However some heavy indica leaning plants can tolerate low humidity better than stretched out sativas.( I thought I'd add that even though it doesnt really apply here)Any lower than 45% in flower your buds shrivel and tricomes never swell..
Just a guesstimate would put your humidity at 7-12% higher. Turn the de humid down to 15% less than desired. Adjust from there. Get another hygrometer for canopy level.Currently I am only flowering autos so both veg/flower are on the same light cycle.
Temp stays 75-78 and RH 60-65%.
dehumidifier set to 60% measurements taken about 6’ off the floor hanging on wall.
Nice shrubs.I'm in a basement. RH 47-52% max. Normally 3-5% lower in the tents due to the lights. Tent temps 78f on, 66-68f off.

Looks like you did the same boneheaded thing I did which was to paint (spraypaint?) the plastic lids before preparing them and then realizing afterwards that all of that paint will just flake off lol. In my case the plastic underneath isn't a nice green colour though, it's a bright orange reminder to prepare your surfaces before you paint them lol.I'm in a basement. RH 47-52% max.
