VEG 2 FLOWER 6200K TO 3200K

Hey guys, this is my first grow and I'm trying to get the best bud I can produce. I have a question about lighting going from veg to flower. Can I use my CMH 6500k for the streching period of flower to keep stretching to a minimum- then swap it out for my HLG 550 r-spec to get good quality flowers? Or just use the r-spec to begin flower? I put a few pics in too...

You can do that for sure. I use HIDs and like to keep using my MH tho may also add HPS for the stretch to keep stretching down. Your CMH should have a fair amount of red so will get flowering going fine I'm sure. As the stretch is a huge growth spurt using both for the first 3 weeks along with extra nutes leaning to the Bloom side should get you great results. Then just go with the HLG after that and back off the nutes but I see you're going organic so you're on your own there! :)
