I agree with your hanging, but maybe cycle that large of a fan off and on every 30 minutes or so. You only want enough air circulation to prevent mold, but not enough to really help dry. You want a slow, slow dry!!! My royal kush harvest was cut last friday, and it was just starting to get a crispy outer layer on it. I have still had to leave them out to dry about 2 hours a day and the rest of the time in a curing jar. Your environmental variables seem dead on though, about 70 degrees and 60% humidity.
Forgot about these pics! This was 15 minutes after the chop and the roots are still pumping up water.
And one of my favorite pics. This is the underside of SOG #3 right after the chop. This is the density I was talking about and look at all of the buds on the bottom!!! And only two brown crispy leaves after 65 days of flowering!!! I stopped all trimming the moment they stopped their stretch!
