my dad is trying to get me to stop smoking cigarettes, and the other day he baught me a RUYAN NICOCIG, it is an electronic cigarette, there are three parts, a battery bit which looks like the white bit of a superking cigarette, then there is a tiny little thing which has like a gauzey thing with a whole in the middel this sits in between the battery and the filter, in the filter is some kind of cotton wool like stuff coated in nicotine, when you toke the little bit seems to get hot, but i dont know how it works, but there is no burning and the smoke which you get does not linger more like just dissapears? it says a harmless vapur on the side so i think it may be a vapouriser but not sure, can anyone help on this matter.

yes its a vaporiser i had one (it works well) but i broke it...the filter part had a little cartridge w/ some kinda gel and u push that onto the atomizer part and it punctures it and then the gel is what is vaporized

I'm assuming its set at the temperature that vaporizes nicotine, which is like 220F? The active ingredients in Cannabis vaporize between 365F-392F

Try them to replace cigarettes, do it for your dad if not for yourself. He cares enough to buy it for you ;)

I know, I love the act of smoking too. Start to eliminate cigs, and when you feel the urge to smoke, smoke some FAT bowls, and maybe a few puffs off the electronic cig in between and youll forget all about the urge :)

one love

my pot doc told me nicotine in cigarettes paralyzes the cilia, which prevents the cilia from properly cleaning the pot out of my lungs, so I take it that my desire for cigarettes is fighting against my desire to vape and not drink, cigs are going down in this fight. and i know from this that vape cigs aren't the answer, so i have to quit cigs again.
there's a possibility you could come up with a suitable extract to vape in the e-cigs but i haven't seen a way yet - keep googling

everyone who smokes MMJ and cares about their lungs should stop smoking cigarettes and that includes vaping nicotine, just because long term users tend to state that even after years of non-use their cilia don't work anymore, and won't wake up again.
sorry to be the bearer of such bad news, (it was for me)

WoW! I had not heard that about cigs and weed. i am not a tobacco smoker, but I will tell my friends and thanks for the info. I have always found vapes to be like just "hot air". I prefer the cold and wet feeling over a vape. But, I also really think that thinning out the smoke helps with absorbtion. Like, cause if you smoke a bong and just shove thick smoke into your lungs, everyone says thats better and stronger, but I like thinning out the smoke and taking ike a HUGE deep breadth of air. Thoughts?

Surveys of cancer rates based on geography and fertilizer type suggest that the main carcinogen in tobacco is Polonium 210, which vaporizes at 55 C and is the size of an atom - it cannot be filtered from tobacco during vaporization. The statistically safest tobacco smoking method is to buy tobacco grown in soil and fertilizers with low Polonium rates, vaporizers and filters will help with your lungs but are of doubtful help in reducing cancer rates from inhaling tobacco mist.

- 10Po (in common with 238Pu) has the ability to become airborne with ease:
- if a sample is heated in air to 55 °C (131 °F), 50% of it is vaporized in 45 hours, even though the melting point of polonium is 254 °C (489 °F) and its boiling point is 962 °C (1763 °F).
- More than one hypothesis exists for how polonium does this; one suggestion is that small clusters of polonium atoms are spalled off by the alpha decay.
