Hi guys I'm growing vanilla kush using the whole humboltd line of nutrients, under 600w.
Not sure if I got a problem as the plants is growing fast and smells delicious (the smells is exceptional never had a plant smells like this in veg).
It is on week 3 of veg after being in the extreme prop for 2 weeks from seed, the leaves seem to be a little crinkled but it's growing fast, i've topped it once and they have grown but think I need a second opinion
ipad won't let me post pic and I've wrote this out now so, will log on and post pics from pc

They feel normal, well in comparison to the others and they do. I'm hoping I have a mad mutant pheno lol because like I said it stink no I mean really stinks like it has buds on it. I have pushed the nute a bit, the electric went off 1 day for a few hours and having lost a 3 wk old grape fruit desiel to root because of this I took precautionary measures on the vanilla kush, by doubling the dose of prozyme and added root regen at a doubled dose

could just be a freak. one of my vanillas has a strange habit of the middle finger of the leaves splits and turns into 2 halfway up or sometimes the centre finger grows short and the middle vein grows out of the leaf. weird.

i like this strain though

Looks very pale and will get worse. You have to make sure the ph of waterings and feeds are 6.5 with ph adjusters if needed.

Well I find that this humboltd stuff is very good but unstable, I've found that if I start my ph at 5.6 by the end of the week it drifts to 6.5 or so and have always thought this to be a good thing as different nutrients at some point get the ph level for maximum absorption. This is the way I've always done it with this stuff and I grow different strains without a problem like this yet if it is a problem lol

it really looks like a ph problem you are having. or its just a mutant. but im leaning more towards the ph. imo

Ha I didnt even look at the pic thought it was the same thread I read last night called vanilla kush lost as what to do or something like that..I just jumped to the last page and figured I was on the same thread oops guess ill send it over there lmao...being blasted in the morning :-)

Lemme try again...possibly ph but your ph you stated should be fine. I see your using bubbler buckets whats the air like in there? Could be over watering....Plain water ppm prior to adding nutes?

JesseL it does look very similar, are you noticing any difference in the plants. Today tips of leaves we're drooping a bit so I decided to do a fresh nute change as roots were glowing white with with alot of new growth so no real need or extra prozyme and root regen I was giving it. I also dropped back to week 2 nutes
Will take pics tomorrow
mr green I just run the standard golf ball air stones on a 4 way hailea air pump run at full wack, it's ok but would like an air compressor with the flat round air stones but can't its expensive

UPDATE on this crinkled leaf VK. It's doing amazing, really really bushy top it in about 7 different places and it smells so nice but it stinks. Ii think I veg it too long so took it out along with the super lemon haze and put them into flower. A friend of mine is growing 4 pineapple chunk and I topped 1 at about 2 weeks and its gone like mine???
