I've never had a plant do well in a window is all.

Also i only saw the first set of pics, so yup she does look better in the second pic. I am use to looking at my plants in flower as well and they look a bit different, i'll post a pic of my last critical kush grow later at 45 days.

do you look at your plants every two hours ?

I have a cheap ass window haha so it's really not blocking anything... The time of day that you put it in the window is what matters I don't actually put it in the window but on a chair in front of the window and I catch the real nice patch of light that comes in.... If I sit on the floor I can really tell where the sun is so I adjust it accordingly... Its a full time job but the lady loves it.... Just because there's light coming in from the window doesn't make it good .... If your plant is making a nice shadow of itself you know your doing it right.... Can't wait to get this hps.... So you do hydro? I'm getting into that as well probably with the clones from my church babies... What do you think about them they looking good? I started from seeds and only had 3... Do you think one would be female at least? Yeah I use my phone too shit sucks....

Since that clone started growing I've been amazed at how fast its growing letsgetcritical... I was just using that as an example that it's growing rapidly.... But yeah through out the day I check on my ladies and talk to them and let them listen to bob Marley as well.... Is that bad? I heard that talking to them allows them to get your natural c02 and I also heard that plants can pick up on vibes as well.... Don't know if it's true or not but they seem to love reggae music and when your stoned and watching them dance in the wind its a beautiful sight.... Plants are alive if you want to believe it or not so I like to give my ladies alot of extra attention... Did you know there's been studies in china where they have taught there plants the alphabet? Shits crazy....

From seed. Vegged 20 days. With a short veg I dont top. I am always close to running out so i try to get er done lol. And i dont remember how i got avatar lol. I think when i set up profile. The white russian does not have much smell but is a great smoke. The critical is nice as well but last time for her lol. On to bigger and better things this run I hope.

There is 12 plants. The WR had really good side branching. One plant had 10 tops which was amazing, i did literally break the stalk on that one trying to keep it out of lights and had to support it. But no i typically dont top unless I veg longer which is not very often. Also the WR doesn't do as well topped IMO. I only have about 5.5' above trays so if i veg longer height becomes an issue. The buds doubled in size the last two weeks after that pic was taken as well. One reason I switched to hydro was the amazing growth. IMO its also easier to maintain than soil with just a refill of res every week. I just started hydro last year so still learning lots lol.

Nice.... im planning on a dwc for the next one.. any advice... from what I can tell the set up is pretty simple.. and it shows amazing results... im thinking with a 2 bucket system ill be straight. what nutes do you use?

I tried dwc a few years back and it was a failure lol. So sorry not much help! I run a ebb and flow setup which is great for me. If i have a power failure the plants will last quite some time (24+ hours) and that is a concern here. I have two totes, 100L on bottom and 45 on top. 4-6 net pots suspended in upper tote with hydroton balls. I run pump 24/7 and have no air pump just floom. As with all hydro that uses a res (dwc included) it is IMO crucial to keep water temps around the 68-70 range for the most part. Also I never go above 700ppm's tds. If you are interested I can send you pics of my setup, its a DIY thing and total cost was $125 for everything for each unit. The nutes i use are from Ez-Grow, it is a company that sells to name brand companies. Its cheap and good! $50 for two one gallon jugs of A and B. Again keep in mind I just started so I know shit lol.
