Vaccum pump spit oil in my chamber-bho

Im pretty new to this site but still i need help. Ive been making bho for a few years now and have always had pretty good success. This morning i came downstairs to check my vac chamber everything was fine come back not evem 30 minutes later to find my slab covered in oil from my pump and my line filled with oil. My questions are what could have caused this? Is there anything i can do to save my slab or my pump? Id appreciate any help i can get.

Power outage or pump failure. I think they make check valves for the vac pumps.

First mini split I ever installed, i turned off the pump and found most of my pump oil sucked into the compressor...lol
