Using LED work lamp a possible source?

Browsing around a local store, some lamps caught my attention..
Not only are they relatively inexpensive, but they seem to be ideal for adding extra light from the side or underneath the canopy.
I imagine the 100 watt one could be a nice source on its own for a mother or a gang of seedlings?
Added link to the website and added product sheet with light spectrum.. am I missing something, or has technology finally caught up?

Grow lights are [supposed to be] built around their spectrum. I would hold out for some real grow lights. If your spectrum is off, nobody will be happy.

It's a 4000k color temp light. Would work good for veg, ok as supplimental in flower.

Got a fotop 800 board + 4 growmau5 pucks, so it's probably not going to compete with those as a main source.
For a smaller space or veg though.. Also thinking it could be nice as supplemental lightning from the side or underneath even as PJ Diaz mentions.
