Using extraction fan during drying?

Hi guys

Just a quick question!
Growing 10 plants (6 coco in 11L fabric pots)
(4 x 20L dwc)
2 x 600w hps light
1 x gavita pro line 1150w hps
Grow area is in loft (8ft x 8.5ft)

When harvest time comes to harvest time i will be drying in loft, humidity i feel will be an issue, i currently have a de-humidifier running and a 10 inch extraction fan too.

Once trimmed and hung to dry, am i ok leaving my extraction fan running on low aswell as using dehumidifier or will this suck out too much moisture too quickly and affect yield??

A little air movement is always good! If you're really worried you could do a dry trim and leave some extra leaves to help keep them moist for longer whilst hanging.

I switch my inkbird to humidity when drying. Keeps things perfect... my basement is pretty much always 63f though

when i dry i keep my smallest fan on in the room/tent, and turn my extractor fan off. But my biggest reason for that is somewhat low humidity in my house. Trying to keep it at 55-65% with my extractor on is nearly impossible.

Yeah i get you, was having high humidity with lights off, late 70s to early 80s

yeah thats high but a lot of that comes from the plants themselves. when you remove the pots and a percentage of the leaves to hang em, you will also permanently remove some of the humidity
Yeah you're right, we'll see how it goes, got another few weeks left yet anyway, looking for a healthy yield lol

If I dry in my tent, I use a small circular house fan as my extraction on top of my tent. Anything bigger is too strong and the humidity is never consistent and nearly impossible to control. I’m able to swing between a 5% difference the whole time. 50% first 3 days 18c, then 60% and 20c the rest of the way. Slow and uniform dry every time. Outside of a tent I followed the same guideline, only difference is I used a bigger humidifier/dehuey and fan, but no extraction.
