Using CO2

I just got a 20lb tank of CO2..my plants are two and a half weeks into flower ..

My questions are...

When should i use the CO2?

How much do i give my babies?

Use Co2 when lights are on and only in flower. Run Co2 at about 1200-1500 ppm.

Remember, Co2 makes plants grow faster so you'll need extra light, water, nutes, etc. Well worth it though.

He gave you the answer, 1200-1500 ppms. YOU need to figure out the rest. It depends on room size and your regulator and your fan set-up..

Just get a controller/monitor $499 or so and plug it in. If not you gotta consider volume of the room, exhaust and intake, how your creating co2, etc. I got a formula if you want it. But its easier the other way. You could cause some serious damage if you get it wrong.

if you look in search and type c02 there are a few links that have a co2 calculater on them that tell you everything you need to set your output .....hope its accurate cause its what im going by ...if you cant find it let me know i have a link somewere i could find for u

I have never used Co2 or even researched it much, but its main benefit is the yeild correct? Or does it help in apprearence and potency?

Potency and appearance shouldn't really be increased when used typically, yield yes. C02 is like all other things, diff plant like diff levels. Definitely get a CHHC-1 controller and a 50lb tank. I cant believe you have that big ass grow and you didn't research co2 before asking that ques, lol. Hope your not that lax about security!!!

-here are some of my pics
i notice i get more trichs when i shock the plant a few times nightly for 30 min with 2500 ppms. I also take the temp to 90 during this time. I will run ith these levels until the last 2 weeks then i will go down to 74 temp, no c02, rh at 20%, heavy airflow.

10 days from harvest i will do a proper clearex flush and run RO water. Calyxys should explode in like 3 weeks and fill this bitch up. No hairs are even brown yet. But i have scopes for the time to look at trichs. One has a camera i will have to hook up.


these were taken 33 days 12/12. Strain goes 9 weeks. I am exactly halfway there.

looks great thats for the info, just got to figure out what my babies like, this could be a bit difficult due to that I have 4 different strains growing, but ill figure it out thanks again for the info
