You mean to get them out of the pots? All you should have to do is press in the sides of the pots all the way around and then you should be able to pull the plant out from there. You shouldn't have to cut the pot at all.

When I transplant I like to do it just before a watering so I have a little bit of dry soil. Just be super careful not to rip the roots. It sucks..... LOL

i watered today i plan on goin to the $hop on tuesday so im going let them chill out thanks for the advice its much appreciated
 
I like square pots because it seems easier to remove the rootball from them over circle pots. Most circle pots give me a hard time and I have to cut slits down the sides to maneuver the plant out. Make sure the dirt isn't so dry that it will crumble once removed.

i saw on youtube dude cut his 15 gallon pots down the sides like you said ill give it a light watering the night before
