Using 1 pump for 2 different reservoirs? Irrigation question.

I'm trying to run 2 different rows, both at different stages of growth. They will each need their own reservoir. I'm familiar with setting up zones using sprinkler controllers but only using 1 water source. I'm trying to figure out a way to use just 1 inline pump for this (since they are 350 bucks).
Anyone smarter than me know of a way?
This will be microdrip irrigation.
Thanks!

Outlets from the reservoirs to a wye with 1/4 turn shutoffs on each line to feed the pump. (Kinda like an water hose spigot divider for outdoors where you hook 2 hoses into one spigot. Just in reverse).
Toss another wye with shutoffs after the pump to select which row to feed.

Just make sure the feed in/out of the pump to/from the wyes is as short as possible.
You will have a bit of mixing for the first few seconds, but would be okay after that.

There's a 100 different ways to build the wye. Just need a decent plumbing supplier.
Or I'm sure you can find something pre-made with enough searching.
