Ushio opti red vs opti blue?

I was wondering what would be best for veg growth? I notice that side by side the opti red seems much brighter than the opti blue. On the box for the opti red it says it has blue spectrum with the red spectrum. Do you guys even recommend Ushio bulbs?

I like opti-blue because its a conversion lets you use a mh with a hps ballast
