Urgent problem!

Ok so...........
1. The pics are kinda hard to see but I only see tips affected
2.Those were the tops a few days ago.
3.Sometimes when you water you splash the leaves a little.

So you just splash the top leaves? Light burn don't start at the tips in my experience.....
