well thinking about it better safe than sorry if the fans ever died it would probably melt and cause a fire killing me in my sleep OR even worse kill my plants. sooooo i ending up getto rigging up some dryer duct i happen to have attached a cpu fan to one end blowing DIRECTLY on the bulb just far so fan it self dosent get hot....will add one to the other end when i get some long wire to tie it in to my power.
And i also found an old door that was busted up so i ripped the veneer off one side and test fitted it as you can see from pic below it slots right in and out super easy... and i don't mind cutting holes in this so all i need now is some more duct and few more fans and i can exhaust this sucker. on to the pics for thos who like getto.

yes that termo has seen better days probly been outside for 30 years.
