hmmmm, ok what size pots r u in and did u have the same prop with the batch in flower ?
they sound healthy though , do u measure the ladies every day or 2 to see the growth pattern ?

are all your nuts in date, rock wool does hold the water well , is it just rock wool there in ?

Leaves that are drooping from underwatering will look limp and lifeless.

Leaves that are drooping from overwatering will be firm and curled down, even from the stem of the leaf.

A way to tell if your plants need to be transplanted into bigger pots is when they require watering more than 5 or 6 times per week - this is a sure sign that they need transplanting.

Seedling taproots can reach out through the holes in the bottom of the container well before the need to transplant.

the pot size is big enough at 15 liters... plant size 3inches

they should be 20 inches tall. worried about the color been
very dark green, shinny leafs.... i did there some fans off

sounds like you just have short plants. what strain is it? i have kinda the same thing. i have 2 plants both similar strain and at 4 weeks they are only 4 inches with 7 nodes. it just mean either you have enough light to make the node space close or your plants are just a short strain. he thing you have to watch out for is when ever the leaves start to droop. if that happens you are over watering or too much nutes. just set it clsoer to the air supply and let it dry out and it should come bac to norm.(just ahd the same problem) hope this helps
