Urgent help needed, weird crystals on my plants!

Okay, so here are my pretties:

Millenium bud from Drgreenthumb btw, shy of 4 weeks, vegging still

Yesterday, I noticed there were some crystal formations near the cap of the jug where I keep my water. It's not very visible on the picture

Then I noticed that there were some at the bottom of the glass I use to water them

And now they're kind of everywhere :(
On the soil, a few crystals randomly placed on some of the leaves, on the stem, etc.

All my plants look healthy except for the one that has the crystals on the soil, that one has some browning on the lower leaves.

I don't know how clear these pics are because I'm using a broken monitor :wall:

Info that might be useful:
- I use Optimum 2 part nute + Optimum ph down
- 2 sun blaster t5s
- Pro mix potting soil
- Well ventilated area with fan
- I don't have a temp/humidity reader (these are my humble beginnings)
- The stuff really does look and even feel like flakes of crystal, it is not powdery or "mossy". It reminds me of the frost that sometimes grows inside freezers, that you can just brush off with your hand.

I've practically babied these plants, done everything within my budget to create a good environment... I even talk to them.

Please give me a hand here :)

Sorry about the double post: Here is a closeup of the one picture
The white chunks are perlite (included in promix) and the more clear stuff is the issue

Oh and I understand the green colored soil is algae, which I'm going to be covering up so it gets no light.

I mix the nutes inside the jug from the second pic by adding in the amount specified on Optimum nute bottle, something like 10ml/8liter, I don't remember exactly.

I then use a basic ph tester (pool kit or w/e) and add pH down as needed. I forgot to say I try to keep the pH at 6-6.5

I pour water from the jug on the second pic into the green glass on the third pic and control how much water goes to the plants
