-URGENT BUD ROT- 61 days flower HELP NEEDED.

hey i went out to check my plants today and i noticed a few of the leaves on a bud where brown coloured so i proceded to check the bud and it pretty much fell apart in my hands. I grabed the scissors and cut of the bud and got it out of the room i had a closer look and the buds where very moist, brown and gooey they just overall looked fowl. The part at the top of the bud was ok so i quick dried to see how the plant smokes, pretty good doesnt taste to bad the plant is pretty much done its been flushed and only has days left.I looked over the plant and other parts of the plant have the same type of leaves and same look.

should i just harvest now a few days before it was set to be ?
will it infect my other plants? everything is almost done , so close to done.
will i be able to dry non affected areas and smoke? and what to do with affected areas?

yeah, if you got mold you should probably harvest now, unless you can seriously improve your conditions, i.e more air-circ. and less humidity. if you do neither you may end up with much rot and little bud.

will it be alright overnight ? i dont want to harvest tonight its to late? and what about my other plants will they be ok some of them are a few weeks away yet.?

well, for the night you're alright I guess, more than that is a risk you should figure out if you're willing to take. water curing will not save your molded parts i'm afraid, you should throw them away safely.

how far are they in flowering? do they look close to ready? what are your environment conditions? can you not improve them?

Bud Rot and moldy buds are 2 different things. Bud rot does not spread from plant to plant as mold could. You need to get better airflow and lower humidity. Also bud rot can be a sign of overwatering.
