So i grow in a wilma 200l
I have ditched all the system bits cause it sucked
Chopped 4inch holes in the top pot bit and dropped net pots in.
I ran airstones under each 8 plants or i flume eatwr around allover 2000lph.
I found flume to be better than airstones but troublesome with roots innpump in 1 bucket.

I used to grow in an alien rdwc and thaught id combine both...

I want to put 6 tank connectors on the wilma and join it upbto a res to controll the pump away from roots.
I want it to add in off spray bars so it increases dissolved oxygen 4500lph should do my 2meter tank well. Its 200l and a 80l res i fill to 180lish

Nice and simple
Hope the preassure draining is ewual and root blockage problems? Dya think this is be the best way to add thw res?

I got all the stuff already just eana check before i raid the shop and start plumbing

Im sorry if im. Miss understood.

I want to plumb my 200l tank to a res tank and recirculate it.

So im planning to add 6 60mmm connectors.
2 corners 4 tees and 2 corners to res tank...
Gravity keeps water level.
And a 4500 pump on spray bars to recirculate.

Just wana check the location of my drain holes would be efficient to drain

Like this but i have 8 on top.
I wana add a res on the end
Via 6 60mm connectoes
Reciruclate via 4500 pu. P spray bars.

I found 1 plant/bucket pump thing a problem as well...simplest way I've found this far is shown in pic...2 pumps, 1 tote, 2 plants and some piping...used PVC in mine.

Not saying you have to do this or its better or anything like that...just showing some ideas/options I found work for me.
Oh and the best thing...no holes drilled...so no leak(s). :P
Best of luck and happy growin'

Its basically all thats needed inside a tote...no holes in bins/totes, no big pumps needed to push water, no air stones or air pumps...all-in-one that will grow 2 plants...just add water & nutes as needed.

Not sure what "flume" means...but the 2nd pump (12VDC @ 240L/H) circulates the water 24/7 and the roots grow in a circular pattern.
Once in awhile a root does try to get into the pumps, but I keep an eye out for the trouble makers and move it into the pattern...lol
This is the roots after I chopped the plant...they sat about 4-5 days so they look all dark and yuck in the pic, but where only slightly tinted from the nutes (GH Flora Trio) when I chopped.
