Week 3 Update:

My plants grew rapidly enough to start flowering, so I switched to 12/12 lighting.

The roots started growing out of the planters and chill out in the watering basin. So far no problems with the exposed roots but I'll watch. I did notice that the leaves are providing shading for the roots.


This weeks husbandry:
Changed out 5 gallons of water from the res.
Added Bloom Nute to Res.

Trying to see if I can start a seed, Hydro-Natural Style.


I'm content with the first grow section of the garden, so I'm working on the second part of the perpetual garden.

Move the light closer, the plants should not be that stretched underneath a 250 watt MH. Looking forward to seeing pics of the second part of the garden

I had it lower but the leaves look like they were getting heat stress. Even though its a 250 watt in name, its a 250 digital ballast with a double-ended bulb. This lighting set up puts out more light than the standard 250-set up.

If it put out more light than the plants would not be stretching. Get that thing closer and do something to keep it from burning the tops

I'm starting to plan out the clone and veg station.



All I have to do is light seal the bottom of the table for a instant veg & clone center.

I have being exploring the EZ-Cloner 120, its big cost but seeing it in person really highlighted the quality of the product. It fits easily under the table and its plug and play. So well worth the cost if I purchase it.

Just finish setting up the mega garden.

Week 4

Nothing new to report. Plants growing healthy so far so I'm happy. I can't wait to see some bud start to form
