Upside Down Seeds Sprouted..Light?

So I planted all my seeds upside down(pointy side up) apparently, and they sprouted as loops in the rockwool. Two are above the rockwool as loops, the other is still in the hole but clearly sprouting. Should I introduce light? a few cfls far away? or Keep them in the dark for another day. I had them in the humidity dome, with the heating pad.
