Hi everyone! I haven’t posted in awhile but I’m back. This is going to be an update on the plants and to ask for more advice on them! My dad is NOT tech savvy whatsoeve,so, here is where I turn to this source for any questions he may ask. My dad and I have been giving them nutrients and following a chart by ROCK Nutrients. We have been using their products: Rock Nutrients Fusion Grow, Rock Nutrients Supercharge, Rock Nutrients Fusion Bloom, and Rock Nutrients Resinator. We do measure with a PPM meter as well.
My dad has some questions he’d like answered!

  1. Some tips are curling upwards and turning brown, is this a nutrient burn, and how can we resolve this issue? (PHOTOS NUMBER #2-5 SHOW THIS)
  2. As you can see in photo number #1, one plant is darker than the other? What causes this? Is it an issue? Are they different strains? (WE ARE NOT AWARE OF WHAT STRAIN THEY COULD BE)
  3. On photo number #6 it looks like there are splotches, how to fix that?

THANK YOU FOR ALL THE HELP!!!:)

Yes, the tip burns and curling are from high levels of nutrients...Not uncommon when you are feeding them full strength. You could back off a little on the nutes. I've never heard of that brand but there's a million out there.

The one darker is probably just a different strain.

I'm most concerned about pic 6...possibly some bug damage, and they are in flower so be careful what / if you spray them. A close look with a magnifying glass may help determine IF it is bugs. Looks like somethuing has been chewing though, and not sure if related to the discoloration.

Outdoor grow??

Yes, it is an outdoor grow! It was under lights in the beginning but my dad transferred them outside. If we were to spray them, what would you suggest?

I'm not really a bug guy, so don't go spraying them yet...It could be something harmless. First you have to figure out IF it is bugs....look with a magnifying glass under leaves.

The plants look pretty healthy all in all...a little nute burn is of little concern really.
