update look at 3 days shy of 8 weeks

heres the deal i started flowering a long time ago. i started 12 on 12 off i was into 5 weeks with no change. i must of had a light leek so i fixed it. and started all over again. from that day. now im at 3 days shy of 8 weeks 12 on 12 off. my top budds look like they might b ready to harvest but most of the other budds look premature but looking like budds now instead of just leafy looking. heres some pics i want opinions. should or could i havest the top budds with out hurting the bottom budds? or shocking the plants? and will they still budd or should i go to the full ten weeks with everything the way they are? they are white widow
