Up potting

Just go directly to the finish pot size. I pot my clones into 10 gallon pots and they are just fine.
Nice, same here, but I have 15's with organic soil. I even put cuttings straight into them sometimes and let them root right in the 15's. I thought I'd try it a while back and it actually worked really well and was super easy.

What size pot would be best to go for next

Currently in 1.5 litre pots
Plan to finish in 15 litre pots but I have been advised to go another size pot in between
Any suggestions ?

Clones/cuts
why so many pot changes ? i put mine straight into a 30ltr

Was planting seeds and seedlings in 45 gal pots for 2 years. I dont believe overpotting is a thing. What would that make in-ground sowing?

Lack of humidity? I can understand overwatering. A smaller root system won't need so much water. So either a less frequent "mass watering", or a more frequent watering around the roots. Does that make sense? I have a cold and cant really think of more proper terms here.

Only reason I can think there would be a lack of humidity is under watering. Or high heat? Again, my brain is half staff right now. Sorry.

Not to worry any opinions are more than welcome help to keep the mind ticking

I would say if you were having moisture issues with a big pot size, your soil mix isnt aerated enough, the soil mix doesnt have proper drainage, or you are watering way to frequently, or just watering incorrectly.
I have found the best way to water soil is with a good watering can, I use this dramm 5-liter can it is expensive but will last forever . You can also buy smaller ones for easier operation, the 5L is kind of heavy at the beginning of the watering. I used to have a 2L but i had to refill it all the time.

With a good soil mix I can water my plants every day and not drown them no matter what stage, but I am also using air-pots

When you are ready to water the pot should feel alot lighter than when it was wet. If you stick your finger in the top the first inch might be dry and then a little moist as you go down a little.

When I water I give it some water, slowly, then wait. This allows the soil to absorb the water instead of the water run through it. You need to do this to ensure even watering. Even if you aren't watering perfect, with this method and proper soil you shouldnt have any issues with moisture stress symptoms on your plants

I don't have air Pots and there quite expensive
So I'm going to drill holes in the pots I have already ?

o
Just had to throw a set away that were over
Potted

Strugle with humidity also so don't want it to crash back down again.
over potted wtf ?? i have never in 15 years have had a plant stress out over to much dirt or in fact to much space each and evey time my roots run straight to the bottom of the pot and fill out with no issues at all i think ur issues has to do with something else u are killing them some way and it has got nothing to do with how much space your plant has to grow that kinda sounds stupid to be honest over potting lol

i have always seen great results with a seed going into a 30-50 ltr and going each transplant into a new pot = stress and about 2 weeks of recovery time which i feel u are losing out on growth
