Ok, as some of you may know my my previous posts here at RIU that I recently planted and am growing some bagseed.

6 plants in all, all of the seeds came from the same bag.
I have 4 perfectly normal looking MJ plants, but 2 of my plants came up looking like this?

I am just wondering how this is even possible? I germinated and planted every seed myself yet 2 of these plants arent even MJ?

Any ideas?

that aint weed man........oh, you already know that, my bad........ well, the plant that the seed came out of must have been pollinated by something else.... i don't know if that's even possible. maybe the dude purposely put those seeds in there???

Don't look like mary to me. I would plant them outside and see what comes up, maybe you'll be lucky and have some good veggies for the munchies you get from your other plants.

grow a clone of it out and flower that clone, if they flower or if your lucky and one is a male you can probably get seeds, and possibly a new mutant strain of marijuana for all of us to grow in our yards:):)....anyways i hope its weed:)good luck

I would grow it anyway just out of pure curiosity. You could even just plant that in the back yard cause no one in their right mind would suspect that it was weed

it could be, i have heard of single bladed leaf growing pot plants. some of them will often grow like vines. check this out.. its not much but it may give you some idea that pot can grow in different ways. Unusual plant

as far as looking at the plant from a side shot it definitely has the same characteristics of mary j's growth. the cotyledon leaves are round, there is branching at leaf nodes, even the stem resembles pot.. it could be some crazy cross so if i were you i would grow it out and clone it, breed it or self it in flowering..... i would at least grow it out for a few weeks,, maybe try to clone it then put it to 12/12 and see what happens.... you may get some interesting results so please post pics if you ever see flowers on that thing

I transplanted both plants into my vegetable garden in the back yard.
I will let it grow and follow-up this post periodically with the pictures of its progress.

I also agree that it 100% doesn't look like pot, but like chuckbane said its characteristics are similar as far as the stem and flower growth has been coming along.

I'll update soon.........

dude it is fucking oregano and there are dozens of plants that have the same characteristics of pot.
This is a difference of species, not strain.

You forget that I pulled this seed from a bag and I germinated it, planted it, and thats what grew.

Go look up what a "oregano" seed looks like....nothing like a marijuana seed. It's obviously not Oregano, even google the oregano plant and compare the pictures!
The plant itself looks similar but still verry different.

Just to update everyone, those two plants I put in the garden have taken their roots, so they will hopefully live, so soon we will all know what it REALLY is.

Because honestly, I still have no ideas what it is. I will take pictures in a day or 2 and post them so everyone can see its progress.....
that is if your interested.

I was thinking about this post today at work because that EXACT same plant is growing all around the place with the rest of the weeds

I get some weird looking leaves at the beginning of some of my plats but the vein structure of those leaves looks nothing like MJ. I'll be awaiting he results of this one
