unsure of harvest window

Hey people's. I posted the other day some wrong info so here I am looking for new answers.
My pineapple chunk here is on a whopping day 83 of the most flower. With a breeders reccomdation of 60-65 days so im well over.

I previously estimated I had about 20% amber but on closer inspection its closer to 5% than 20.

I'm planning a harvest in 2 days so I have started a flush today.
Am I right in the harvest window now? I just don't want to rush and harvest when they could still be packing on some weight. Here are some close up pics and some overall pictures of the plant.

Yeah cool I'm due to harvest tomorrow buds are very sticky and smelling amazing cant wait to have some quality smoke.
I read that foxtailing is a good thing ie the plant is mature and ready for harvest.
I guess everything you read on the Internet is true lol

From what I understand about foxtailing
is that it some strains do foxtail naturally
while others do it because of heat issues.

All I know for sure is not all strains foxtail
as a sign of finishing.

Sativas tend to foxtail more than Indicas. From what I've read foxtailing is not bad.

Im still really unsure of the finishing time for this girl. I have been reading that pineapple chunk is best with 50% amber.
I have started the flush and am tempted to let her go a extra week. Making it 92 days flower.
Seems insane for a india strain. I'm in dwc too so should cut down the time not make it longer
