So, She will be 60 days in flower the 18th of August. This was a free seed and I really am unsure the kind. I think it was called white skunk but I am not 100% sure of that. I am new to growing and this will be only my second grow and knowing when to harvest is stressing me out. I Struggle to get a clear picture with the scope thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

It depends on the kind of high you like. I chop at about 10% amber as to avoid couch lock.

Is thatbscope a top of a sugar leaf? I see a lot of amber but maybe clears below in significant amounts? The buds still have a lot of white pistils it apppears which is a sign its not ripe... i have found tops of sugar leaves show the plant much further along than she is... amber as hell on a top of a sugar leaf ofen is attached tona bud whos pustils are as clear as crysral...

Sample off the actual bud

Theres been 10000 plants chopped early to 1 taken too late

The sugar leaves are what I can see the most. I have trouble controlling the scope. I seen a lot of clear on the bud. I am going to wait till the date is closer. I still have 16 days left by the calendar time

Has to be a pic of trihomes on calyx as sugar leaves trihomes develop at a different rate. I prefer looking at the bud as a whole. If the bigger buds have all orange receeded pistils then you know you're close. Then it's just a matter of cloudy/clear/amber preferences.

I've had very few seed-plants finish in under 70 days.
It might ripen up in 2 weeks but an extra week wouldn't hurt.

Hard to tell from pics, but I think I see a lot of white pistil's still.

If your not sure, you can harvest the top half of the plant and let the lower buds mature some more.

Looks like your just about to hit the stage where the calyx start to swell I’d say 7-14 days I’d wait 2 weeks personally
I have heard people say they love this part of the grow because of the Calyx swelling. they say you can see growth everyday. So I am so happy to hear you say this and I hope I am just before the swell. 2 weeks will be the time I be looking to harvest

It’s cool to see how much they change in that time and how much weight they pack on

She is looking so damn good. This is my second grow and I am sure she could be better but for free seeds and it being my second grow I am very proud of her. These pictures are a couple of days apart. First one was 8/1 the second one is today I also pushed the top cola under the scrap to give the others a chance to get just as tall

On The big Bud plant I used (or tried to use) the trellis. This one I have never tried
Yeah ... about 2 weeks ... let them mature and look only at bud triches not leaf.
August 18th is 60 days in Flower. This plant was popped if February but stayed tucked under my Big bud plant and didn't grow very much. After I harvested the big bud I pull her to the middle and cut the lights back to 12/12.
