Hello

I have got this plant from a friend who was growing it outdoors. it has already started flowering. i'm growing it indoors under 400w hps. forcing it back into veg.

It has small yellow trails and spots and sum holes and munched leaves.

Does anyone know what this is? and what can i do??

terrible pics but looks like maybe overwatering. ... only water when you can stick your finger 2 inches into the soil and its dry.
or what it more looks like is spider mites.
check the under side of the leaves for bugs ... tiny little bastards that suck the life out of your plant. if you find them get a spray that contains pyrethrin and follow its directions and kill them bastards

its ok.
they are just old leaves that have had wear and tear with been outdoors, wind or insects.
just repott and revegg and it should be ok

checked under a leaf and there was a tiny red bug thing. i killed it. i couldn't find anymore... should i spray the plant with something to ensure they're all dead?

nah spraying for mites when you dont have them will only cause the plant undue stress .
i didnt catch where the plant had been outdoors for a while so im sure any problems it has will clear up with regular care.
just water it when shes thirsty and keep your lights as close as you can without burning
