Unknown from the 80s

Well the veg room is up and running
Temps are
74
+ - 1 for day
70 night same + -
Humi for now gets to 70 and low of 60
Once the 6in exhaust and filter kicks in on the lowest fan setting.
I have a 6 gallon humi in the room so I can control it somewhat.
17-7
The lights are 2 mars tsw 2000
They are dimmable
Rigged a tool and had them set on lowest once they got above soil and jusssst now moved them to half strength.
(I'm thinking that should be ok for 5 plants) the lights are 4 and a half feet high.
It's a 6x8 mostly sealed room (theres no light leaks or very minimum at most)
I'm using soil ffof
I didnt "cook" it or anything
Altho in 1 of the pots i put soil in anticipating to start something but couldnt find them so the soil just sat down there for a few weeks I did keep it moist though. So 1 of these the 1 with the blue marker I guess you could say is in "cooked" ffof.
(Only a little over half was like this )
I dont plan on using nutes and plan on potting up to 3 and then finishing in 7 gal smart pots.

Yea its funny
a buddy found some when he was moving and was gonna throw them away figuring they wouldnt grow.
They were really good looking seeds tho
(I wish I would have thought to take some pics b4)
I threw them in a cup the yellow sunk really fast like a couple hrs the others were still floating I only left them in there maybe six hrs and then threw them in the pots
total dark
heat at 75 with heat pad. The one growing all weird took longest to crack.
I'm in the Midwest so I've been trying to find what weed was around here then.

what part of the midwest ? i will always have the theory that chemdog wasnt the only one that saved seeds from bud at that show in noblesville...
 
well not much going on here so
merry xmas if ya do all that stuff.
Pink is growing just as fast as teal and yellow but is really really short lol and blue idk its definitely deformed but oh well just gonna grow it out just to see what happens.
but teal and yellow already have a little bit of smell going on. Looking like they may all be indicas.

Happy new yrs
I hope all are safe and not 2 hungoverlol

Almost 3 weeks and
Transplanted into 7 gallon
1 on the left accidentally got fimmed on the transplant so will have to see what happens there. Its growing just as fast as the others just still short no scent yet. And I got the ff nutrient trio for xmas and decided to give this 1 the lowest feeding when I transplanted.
The bottom 1 was all ffof which had been sitting in a tote for a few weeks there was moisture in there and I usually stir it around when I water.
All the others were ffof and happy frog 1:1
Left and top got feedings
Right didnt get anything
It was the 1 that sprouted all weird I didnt like the pot I had started it in
(Didn't drain well at all) so it was pretty moist and I had watered at least 4 days b4 so I just put in
It lost alot of bottom roots as well
But all looking well I guess

All are up to 9 blades now 5th node well except blue whos a week behind - its issues lol

Well guy I got the seeds from let me know that all he has grown are sativas no doubt so guess my guess was wrong lol

I've been trying to rough these up to see how they react
As far as high/low heat and humidity as seedlings light closeness and all that and I think I have a good idea on how they will react as seedlings going forward so im gonna go ahead and say they are starting veg day 1
And what better way (in my opinion anyway) to start a new phase of life than having it rough soooo since the 1 pretty pretty much got fimmed (I think anyway lol) I went ahead and LST'd yellow and teal and plan on mainlining blue
Also went ahead and gave them all a light feeding and water.

Curious to see how they turn out, I didn't start smoking until the 90's in my early teens but there's some beans i wish i still had from those days especially the skunky stuff. There's a couple strains these days that kinda remind me of the skunk from my youth but still not close to being the same. Hope this grow goes good for ya
 
Not much goin on a little lst on yellow and teal I try not to remove any leaves and instead I try to tie them off to the side somewhere
