Unhealthy 2 week old clones

I don't have a picture at the time, but I bought 4 clones 4 days ago and most of the leaf tips are browning and curling. Some are not brown but the growth is super slow and some leaves are curling up and I don't notice any change in health, worse or better. I flushed them with PH'd balanced RO water then transplanted them into a 3 gal smart pot 3 days ago then feed them some Green Wizard nutes at 1/4 strength. This is the first time I tried growing clones so I'm new to diagnosing problems.

I'm using Potters Gold soil, but I'm not sure what kind of soil the guy before me used but they were in styrafoam cups, and when I flushed them I noticed that it didn't have good drainage

Sounds like it was overwatered and then flushing it doesnt help that..your plant will throw some lower damage for awhile till it snaps back. Go light on the water till you have it dialed in, let it dry out 85%

what about the dead tips and edges?
