Unflowered plant????

I have a female arjans ultra haze #1 who hase been in flowering for over 12 weeks, and has very little to no flowering spots. She jkept getting taller, but not producing any buds, so today i cut her down. I was wondering if i would be able to make some cannabutter out of her, or something else. any ideas?

if it's nothing but wet leaf and stem there isn't much you can do in terms of psychoactive . . . . but you can do something with the hemp.

Like? I would definitely like to make me a necklace or a bracelet. Any info about the process would be much appreciated and +repped.

Oh yea, it is stem and wet leaf with a little bit of white hairs.
