Underwatering?

I water every other day or close to it, temps stay from 63-73, could she be underwaterd

Those temps are pretty low. At that size watering every other day would be overkill even if you were at 80 full time.
Guessing you arent fully watering the pot?

No maybe 1/3 of a bottle of water I shoot for good run off once every 7-10 days but the top few inches dries out so fast
