Understanding of germination and seedling stage.

Just want to know if I'm doing things right. Have my seed germinating in paper towel, very tiny tip has sprouted, and have rockwool cube soaking for an hour in 5.5-6.0 ph water. Should I let the seeding tap get to 1/4" or plant it right away? Once planted, use a dome in a dark place till sprouts. The very first time I see roots coming out of the cube transplant to my perlite bucket (doing hempy) and only start watering with nutes when 2 weeks or 3 set of leaves come in. Do I put the light on it right away when she pops out, and for only 1 cube will a 2700 color 13 watt CFL be good until she starts veg, and would that be the 3 leaf sets or 2 weeks from poping? Germination stage is 1-14 days - generally 3-7 days - place light 1 to 2 inches away - DO NOT over water common mistake folks make (everybody has, once at least !)

hey guys just wondering but with autos can I start them in germ them in a paper towel, and them put them in the Rockwool cubes, and when they start showing roots with out of the cubes transplant them into my hempy buckets and then top feed like MattyMatt726 is doing with photoperiods?? Or should I just put the Rockwool cubes directly into the hempy bucket?
