the police are trying to basically push a club out of town called the metro. thats where all the HOOD STARZ go. i guess its getting to Ethnic for our police force to tolerate. so anyway them fuckers just walk around inside and patrol the parking lots. this one girl was lighting a blunt in her car and they knocked on her window and gave her simple possession

cops are in the alleys trying to catch switches buying hard n soft.
i agree they need to hit the harder shit but weed is easy because pple just go hit a bowl in the skatepark or in public.

Sounds to me like they are doing their job... I highly doubt all of the underage drinkers they busted were taking the bus home, or spending the night at the house throwing the party.
