Under watered or Over watered?

Alright, I'll take a stab at it. It looks a bit like underwatering. Basing that mainly on that right leaf curl. I'm by no means an expert, but whenever I've seen curling along the main leaf stem (as opposed to the leaf tips curling under the leaf) it has been underwatering.

They say that it is always better to underwater than overwater, though. You can tell when to water the weight of your pots, but just play it safe a get a water meter.

that plant is just fine continue to water the way or are or just give them a little more if u really want to leave curling in early stages is normal, mine did the same thing and they are a jungle now all did very well with very little effort dont worry about it.

well, basically if they do that right after you watered them it is over-watering but if that shows first after a few days without it is lack of water;)
