It looks like they’re showing signs of heat stress. You may need to give abit more info to someone that’s been here awhile but that’s my first thoughts.

A decent soil pH meter isn't cheap. I finally ordered the BlueLab.

You can get an idea doing a slurry test too though if you don't want to spend $150. But I love my pen.

Ph is soil is on the low side at the moment like 2
I see your plant looks better but I had to comment on this.

I would recommend learning more about pH scales so you can learn how to make sure you are in range and how much of a difference there is between the numbers. In short, every decimal change in pH is a 100% increase or decrease in the acidity or alkalinity of the solution. So, for example, a pH of 6.0 is double the acidity of pH 6.1 and 10x more acidic as pH 7.0. Hydrochloric acid has a pH of around 2 so you’d be having some serious issues if your soil had a pH of 2.

Not sure if my plants are over or underwaters or maybe need to up nutrients
This looks like my plants do when I have them outside and bring them inside under MH bulbs at night, the leaves seem to curl a little and droop, then in the morning they look normal again like in your follow up pic.
