Under Bed Stealth CFL Grow

Hey errrbody! Ive decide to post something on here after scrolling the forums for awhile. This is my "first" grow. Ive grown a plant before but went into the process so blind and never tried to learn anything. Now is a totally different case as I have read through pages and pages of forums and books, and watched countless videos picking up all the info I could to try and actually make it through a grow on more than hopes and dreams of the plant making it to the final stages. So all that being said here are the details of my current op.
Im running bag seed so I'm not really sure what strain it is exactly but it came from some Sour Purple I believe. Both plants are an experiments for me just seeing how things grow. One is in a solo cup and will stay there till finished, the other is in a one gallon pot both in a potting mix soil. Both under CFL 12/12 from seed. The plant in the one gallon pot was started about a week before the solo cup plant. At this point I am about a month in and both plants have been topped and had a few lower leaves removed.
Pictures to come.
Any questions and comments are welcome.

Update: Today I decided to transplant Lucy from her solo cup to a 2 liter bottle cut in half that I then wrapped in duct tape to keep the roots out of the light. Hopefully she isn't effected by this very much but I think it was a good choice she was getting root bound in that solo cup already. The main reason I decided to transplant her was the 2 liter bottle is about the same height as a solo cup but a lot more room for her roots to spread so overall allowing for a bigger plant. Here she is in her new "home"IMG_0563.jpg

hey they look pretty, i think is time to start training or top the bigger one salutes
Thanks man! Ive been doing some bending LST on both and they both were topped a few days before my first post. The bigger plant Debby is looking like she might have 6 tops.
Edit: What kind of string would you recommend for tying down branches?

Watch string, it can cut into the plant as the branch grows. Better to use some kind of garden tie, think heftier version of a bread tie.

Okay sorry for the lack of updates folks I've been busy. Small thing before I continue pictures will be very scarce on this ahead but Ill try and get them and get them posted when I can. Ive continued to bend the branches on both plants to keep them growing out instead of up and so far its working with great results. For those interested its just a pretty minor bend on everything a few times a day. Both plants are female and starting to bud out. Debbie (bigger pot) is kicking ass and has a ton of main sized buds growing all over the plant. Lucy is just showing signs of forming buds but she should have 3 tops. So far no problems with this grow and Im loving it.
