Ultraviolet (black light)

Heylo

So i got a Black light off my friend and whacked it in my grow room along with my other lights (assortment of CLF's) Will the black light have a great effect on my flowering baby's? I know they produce high amounts of UV, is that a good or bad thing?

I'm only a noob here but I've heard blacklight will do serious damage to ur plants!!!

I may be wrong, and I'm not sure how and why, just what I heard!

No to the blacklights,

They are bad for plants.

Yeah i've heard blacklights are useless, but if you go buy a reptile lamp which puts out UV-B (instead of UV-A) it will supposedly increase resin growth

out.

yea i wouldnt use it.. like what PerfectStorm said try the reptile light
