Ultrasonic fogger cloner probs

Hey guys I made a cheap fogger cloner I have a 1 head ultrasonic fogger and 2 air stones in a little tub stem of clones is about 4 inches from water
There is shit load of mist and heaps of air in the water now non of the clones have rooted after 12 days
Iam wondering what Iam doing wrong

Using this as gel covered bottom of stem when clones went in

All cutting r healthy none of the stems r rotting

Inside tubMy normal cloning method all clones r rooting 100% same gel heat mat under tray
Iam thinkin of pulling cuttings out the stupid fogger

did ya scrape the edges of the cuttings?

What the temps inside the res area?

Sure no light leaks?

No light not 2 sure of temp in the res I'd say room temp about 20 degrees Celsius
It's very frustrating
Should I add shit to water
Yeah I've scraped half the cuttings to see what works faster
Should water be phed or add something to the water

always ph water down, but even so, id be frustrated too, everything seems legit....

no nutes tho, they burn baby roots...
