Ultimate Grow Operation Design

There is a 25,000sqft building to grow in and an area that can be designated for commercial growing of only 16,000sqft. The rest has to go to administration, security, mechanical, shipping, employee space etc. The dimensions for operations are 151ft x 106ft x 22ft (LxWxH).

We will need areas for cloning, growing, flowering, harvesting, curing, drying, packaging, inventory and disposal of waste products, etc.

What do you think would be the most efficient design?
Is there a way to Henry Ford the process and make a production line out of this?

Hire competent help. Get a master grower and consulting firm if you need to ask the aforementioned questions.

u want to looking in a current culture set up ..................tey are expanabable and the results from the method of grow are very very good
it will cut your cost since it is a Hydro system so your over head will be lower and make a greater profit margin

it has prechecks and if wired into the same power grid they do a step turn to keep from blowing the circut

to help save u for just one of those incase times ................your camera system if u wire it up to the internet u can watch it any place .........just rem u need to protect the power supply to the cameras to the modem and to the router (most ppl if they rob they never think about cutting the cable line(internet) they will cut the power and the phone ) ..............oh and if u get a back up calling system for the alarm get a sat phone a cell phone i could block it with a jammer rob u get outside and drive away when the singal was to far your system would call the alarm ppl but i am 2 miles away by the time they get that call....................the other imporant part is to have hidden cameras (ones the ppl see and ones u only know about ) this way u can keep any theifs or bad things to as little as possible

water system is simple just need to have the filter system able to run te amount of water u need or setting up a automatic system so when u use it it fills up the tanks during off hours then shuts off

Nice i have family in Colorado that actually a contractor and builds these rooms commercially..

If you want out of this world design and flow.. I have tons of ideas that are so cost efficient its not even funny..

Perhaps you could put the plants on a conveyor belt that moves really fuckin slow. Like 3 months from beginning to end slow.

Yes and yes. I have developed a system that will work to your specifications that will return over twice the yields per watt and per square foot versus current practice overhead lighting approaches.

I've solved the impediments to operating this approach at production scale, to include the facility size you described.

Initial investment in plant and equipment will not be substantially higher than a conventional buildout.
