I am in a position where I am trying to find the most efficient in regards to yeild, quality, density of bud, look of bud, flavour of bud and frost on bud. I would like this to be helpful to everyone who may need this setup. 4x4 tent; everything you may need or want be as specific or as vague as you like.

Indeed a good grower can make a shity set up rock and a bad grower can take good equipment and genetics and trashem lol

If i where to do a smaller 4x4 again i would go with some kind of diy led build
Good luck :)

600w HPS, 630w of CMH, or high quality COBs. HPS, serious density...CMH, serious frost, COB, serious efficiency and terps. HPS high heat, CMH med heat, COB low heat. HPS cheapest to setup. COB/CMH a little pricier to setup, less bulb maint.

HPS, need a vented hood and I use an Active Air 440 CFM fan, with speed controller. I use Blizzard Oscillating Fans but Comfort Zone clip fans might work, and in the winter, get an ultrasonic humidifier. 6" Carbon filter.

CMH is open hood, just vent the tent.

COB you may need to vent, but prob on low low.

Depending on location and time of year, AC and or Dehumidifier may be necessary in the area of the tent.

Good luck, I'm trying out CMH personally, but have grown HPS.

Highest yield over time would be SOG followed by Scrog and of cause grower talent and genetics for everything else..

Not sure what your asking to be honest.
Well, I am currently buying equipment and wanted to figure out everything I would need for a 4x4 setup

You may only need a 4" inline fan with led. I'm not real experienced with it besides the cheapo ones I veg with. But COB LED is real nice. GroErr and The Dawg grow some impressive stuff with theirs.

Don't buy a ready made led fixture. Look at cobs, QBs or strips (most seem to be going strips atm). About 500w of LED should do a 4 x 4. 600 or so of HID/HPS will also work.
Don't buy cheap filters/extraction fan. They are a waste of money. I use a Phresh and a silenced fan.
I bought a cheapo 4 x 4 tent and it has lasted a couple of runs but id recommend purchasing a decent tent.

But buy your tent and light and then build what you want/need around that.

Ready made cobs? I don’t want diy. Rhino filter? What tent brands you recommending?

If you don't want a DIY fixture then id suggest you go with CMH/HID/HPS. Ready made LED fixtures are in the main crap.
In regard to tents then any well known brand. Gorilla, Unit farm does some nice well priced tents, Jardine etc.

Spectrum of CMH is amazing so similar to natural sunlight.. hope I can find an led or cobs or something like that or near that

Im currently running a 4x4 with a hlg 550v2, 4 pole mounted fans, 1 small floor fan, with forced intake. Setup is nearly perfect for my needs in flower. Only thing Id add is a dehumidifier/ac combo unit because my area frequently gets over 100°f in summer. It gets too hot to run hydro without a chiller in the summer, do I switch to soil.
