well it depends where you live, i spend my summers in england and i know the temperatures and rainfall changes drastically depending whre in the country you are! when you start doesnt matter so much, you can spend a couple weeks or couple months vegging them inside, longer = bigger obviously!
judging from what i personally konw about brit climate.... i would wait untill some time in april before putting them out... perhaps early april? or late march if you are very eager hehe
happy growin :)

Hi, this year is my first grow but I've done alot of research and you want to make sure that frost is completely gone before you put em outdoors. I'm pretty sure the last frost in our area is somewhere around end of april but you'll know when to plant cos the ground will stop glistening in the mornings!

Ive 60 lowryders and 120 orange bud for this summer, its my first ever grow, vegging under 125w til end of april then puttin them outside hopefully be finishd by end of june then ill hopefully do another cycle of them. dont know if i will use many of my orange bud, maybe like 10 of so n just leave them check em once a month. all my seeds are free so im not worried bout losing a couple of plants.
