The case is, a 85 years old person who jump from the top of a building for suicide, then he finally died at the 1st floor of this HK lawyer's private garden.

The lawyer was sent to the jail(?) from june 2010 to July 2010 (a place something like jail, but a place stay the suspect until judgement day) and awaiting for the psychiatry report for judgement in July 2010. He was finally not required to be sent to jail after judgement. (But he, the suspect was stay in the place like jail for a month......)
In HK, the law is almost the same in UK. But the judge's decision sometimes different to each other.
