congrats for getting off of the Meth Mr!.. I guess Heroin wasn't legal at the time?I used to take methadone for pain...there aren't many docs that can prescribe it. If you take it in liquid, they have to prep it each time. I found it very effective for pain, just couldn't deal with the side effects at the time.
If you have time, I'd appreciate hearing your views on methadone gb123congrats for getting off of the Meth Mr!.. I guess Heroin wasn't legal at the time?
...Methadone is another government fuck up all by itself. Nother story lol
Amazing how the government really likes sick people when they are sick but hell if they wanna cure or make themselves better ....
.
Mind me asking what sort of side effects?I used to take methadone for pain...there aren't many docs that can prescribe it. If you take it in liquid, they have to prep it each time. I found it very effective for pain, just couldn't deal with the side effects at the time.
Just another group of GOVERNEMNT MADE ADDICTS that they set up that way.If you have time, I'd appreciate hearing your views on methadone gb123
Well you have to understand the situation first...I was at the pain clinic in Vancouver and my Kid gets diagnosed type 1 diabetic....my spouse is stressed about it....I refuse to leave pain clinic....big shit storm.....anywho....I left the pain clinic with 30ml twice a day. Plus 4 ,other medications...my heart would race, I would shake, I had the weirdest dreams and al ,I wanted to do was sleep...and that was the problem for me trying to look after a sick kid that was too young to communicate his needs. I also found mold in one bottle, there was only one doc,up here that could prescribe/dispense. I dumped a L down the kitchen sink one day and never looked back. That's when the high dose morphine started. Nightmare! So there were a lot of things going on at that time that more than likely played a role, but it was the wickedest pain control I've had yet.Mind me asking what sort of side effects?
Thank you for sharing your experience. Yeah I was like WTF when I read the "overdose" part. I guess I "overdose" every night before bed when I vape/smoke a strong indica since it makes me drowsy and all.I don't get why "overdose" symptoms aren't part of the side effects.
I don't think you quite know what you found. I know I don't, seeing as there is no date on it. I think this is a presentation to parliament and/or the senate by this "Amar":I was doing some digging and found this government publication.
It seems to contradict their stance of marijuana has no studies and no medicinl benefits...

[snipped for brevity]
There is quite a lot of study on marijuana done by the Canadian government. You have to remember they had a secret growing program for decades. Dr. Ernie Small did a ton of research for them, all well documented, tons of books. Now the majority of his work is on the genus, taxonomy, biochemistry of the plant. However follow this thread and you'll find a lot more than that...........Yes you are correct, I really don't know what I found.
I was searching " marijuana / Mcmaster University" when this popped up.
I think it is a senate presentation too.
I also found it odd there was no date on it.
The reason I say there is a government contradiction is because they repeatedly say there is no evidence of medical benefits or studies, and I believe this "presentation" suggests otherwise. One can only imagine how much information the government actually does hold on the subject matter.
Thanks for taking the time to look into it MT.
