Ugh help please

I'm using fox farm soil and nuits cultivation nation 2 led grow lights one is a 1100 watt bloom booster and a 2000 watt one in a closet with vents and mylar 1st grow I've done I found 5 seeds in a bud of who knows what its name is I know its a mainly indica anyways 4 turned to be females and I'm in week 4 and half in flower I waited 60 days from germination to switch I feel like they are not filling in right any info please n thanks...

Looks like a late bloomer, you’d be surprised how big they get and quickly later in flower, what’s your recommended flower time?
 
Thanks I'll keep you guys posted I do appreciate everyone taking the time to respond to help I'll post again pics next week
