Ugh branch broke during budding

Hi,
So branch broke yesterday during some winds and rain it's still attached but by the time I got to it this morning scaring already occured. Literally 12 hours maybe.

Anyway I put it back up into place and tied it off to a stake and I'm sure it'll heal

But my question is multi in one

Will it stunt the development of flowers and focus energy into the healing part reducing my production?

Bud is already super thick and resinous and hairs started browning the tips. I'll post pic of the current bud stage

So what should I do?
Cut off clean and hang it and let it dry?
or let it go?
Ohio outdoor first grow, top of state and get cold wind off the lake around middle of October.

Damn that sucks, I saw those the other day and thought damn reminds me of my dankest weed Ive grown. Ive seen people say wounds like that outdoors is risky to infection pests etc.

It might grow still, stems can be attatched by just threads and still work. Idk but sorry for the situation, that sucks!

Thank you, this is my second break on this plant. First was at the main stem it split in two during training and it healed no issues. But that also wasn't during the cooler moist season either.

I hope it doesn't effect it to much but I'll just keep a eye on it and see. She is a very healthy plant and been keeping all that away naturally so hopefully she can keep the positive momentum going.
That plant turned out really good for just a random Michigan bag see and sticking it in soil out of my compost pile and doing nothing more then worm castings tea, tomato feed and 20-20-20
My peppers hated it lol

One thing I can think of, alot of times its from not topping with slack, too close to the next node below can cause that. Especially outdoors where plants turn to monsters.
