I don't understand.....Why go to the border with that stuff? You know it's federal jurisdiction. With the feds giving the dispensaries all the hassles, you gotta know something bad would happen. Just my 2 cents.

you pull up to a international border, that also happens to be a federal/customs checkpoint KEYWORD FEDERAL and expect to sail through with no problems because he runs a dispensary that is legal in the STATE, but not at the FED level.

was he just crossing a border between states? how does this stuff work in the US, please forgive my ignorance of the details here...but why doesnt the US just do things uniformly in all states, like Canada does with its provinces? for example, medical marijuana, if you have a license for it, is legal across the entire country. i dont understand why it's not like that in the US, would someone be able to explain why? is it sort of like the states have their own set of laws and the fed has their own set of laws? how does that work? wouldnt it be less confusing if everyone in the country just had the same laws?
