Hi to you all,
Newbi to the site as in just joined.
This is Bill and Ben White Widow and five days old and just poking out and will be grown outside in one of those plastic cover greenhouse things that are about 4 foot high.
Never grown before so any advice would be good.
I hope to take a few pics so you can help along the way and tell me what I need to do.
Presently they are in 5 inch pots of general compost and I have tomatoe feed and baby bio for the PKN.
So please bombard me with advice and good vibes.

i sorry i can't be much help with outdoor stuff but watering and general care i might be able to help you with.
i would not use tomato nutes or baby bio but that is my choice i would go to a hydroponics shop you have them in s/field and get some good nutes.
also they are too young for nutes anyway they need to be 2-3 weeks old before they will need nutes don't give them any yet, you will give them nute burn
also which soil are you using, soil with nutes or fert in them most are time release and will mess you up when you come to nute them
you might want to start a journal in the journal section and link it to signature its a good way to show us your hopefully girls and we and the rest of RIU can help you better with out your post getting lost or disjointed in this general thread

Hi kitkat332, welcome to the forum. Nice to see yet another UK grower, and a first timer / outsider like myself. Looks like you're off to a great start. Go with Kulan Hunter's advice and start a grow journal. If we all stick together we can help each other no end.

then at the top of the page click on the "forum tool" text (this is in the black bar on the right hand side of the page then click new thread, name your grow in the area marked title and then put a detailed description of your grow in the main box then submit its just like posting a reply

for the signature
at the top of the page on the right you have a button with " my rollitup" click it
now you are in your home page were you can keep track of you posts ect..
on the left under setting & options you will see "edit signature" click on it
put the url of your grow journal in there with a bit of text maybe
you said you were not a computer person so open your journal page, highlight the address of the page in the address bar at the top of your browser and copy it, then go back to edit signature page and paste it there
i hope this makes sense

Yeah, a big shout out to Northern Lights for starting the thread. Its good to talk to growers in a similar climate.

if its a cutting then its most probably a cutting from a femaleI am growing from cuttings in soil,growing really well, any tips on how to tell the males from the females,
