Yikes.. ya... that's hot as SHIT man.. Apparently certain Afghanistan strains can last right up to 110...

Any idea how much of a yield reduction? Like significantly reduced... or marginally... If it's like 10% or something less... or even a quarter... Meh... if it's like HALF.. then f**k that... lol
 
My plants have been in the low to mid 90's since May; heat index between 100-105 is normal. Maybe we should compare "notes" and yields when we harvest. How much longer do you have, more or less? I expect to harvest around the end of July.
 
I have NO idea.. this is my first grow...

I would figure probably another 2 - 3 weeks of veg... then a long ass 10 - 12 week or 75 - 80 day flower... So we'll figure... July 6th I'll flip.. then add 80 days... that'd put us somewhere around the end of September or so...


and MAN... plants don't grow in a linear fashion do they.. it's like they are on pause... then the next day... BANG! lol

My temp without the AC on (just checked.. I turn it on when I get home...) was 89 with a humidity of 70%... After running the AC.. it's down to 83.. and 40%... amazing.. lol
 
Man.. every day... they're gettin' crazy big.. and FAST... it's insane...

How long do you guys keep your LST ties on? Like when you bend, and tie down the main stem/branch... do you just leave it tied down... or will it eventually just stay that way??
 
Dig the tomato cages and chicken wire! I've been looking to McGuyver something to stay with the pots. Can't wait to see yours and try it out.

So far so good I'd say... they're 8 inches tall... and lookin' pretty bushy... and good... nice hard stalks... What do you guys think so far? :)

They're about 2 inches from my screen... so I figure I'll flip them once they reach that ... :D

Thanks... :) I've been spraying them with vegging nutes as well... every watering... They seem to really like it... :)
 
Well one of them is around an inch away from the screen and the other is about 3 inches... I'll snap a pic tonight.. and you guys can let me know whether or not you think they are ready for 12/12...

I'm leaving the 21st for 5 days camping... and I'm wondering if I should wait until I get back from camping to switch... but by then they may be too big.. Hmmm....

That'd be another 15 days from now...

I guess I just want to be there when they just start to flower/smell/etc...

If I switch them now.. they'd be 10 days into flowering by the time I leave... and likely need more water/care... If I wait til I get back... they'll have vegged for another 2 weeks.. and I'm worried they might get too big..

Decisions decisions....
 
I also need to travel frequently. What I would do would be to top them now, and give them the 2 weeks to recover then flip.
 
That's actually not a bad plan... Mind you... I already topped them like 2 weeks ago.. do you think I could top them again??
 
No reason you couldn't top again, or super-crop even depending on what you are looking to get.

I'm basically looking at minimizing the height.. so YEA... I'll FIM or Top them this evening.. then water.. and wait 'til I get back....

I just FIMd and watered them this morning... I have enough veg juice left for another feeding.. (in 2 days..) then I'm going to water them for the last week... and switch to flower...

I'm excited! :D

I just got 6 brand new 2700 CFls... they're pretty big... The plant is smelling just a touch now... :)
